Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using WeMillion (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

WeMillion is a social experiment in which up to one million participants each make a one-time payment of USD $0.99 (approximately $1). In return, each participant receives a unique numbered position in the global registry. The App tracks real-time participation worldwide. There is no product, service, reward, or benefit of any kind beyond the numbered position itself.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

The App uses Sign in with Apple combined with Firebase Authentication. You must create an account to make a purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID credentials. We do not store your name, email address, or Apple identifier — only an anonymous Firebase UID is used to link your account.

5.1 The App offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase: one payment of approximately USD $0.99 processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). The exact price may vary by region as set by Apple.

5.2 ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own refund policy. Because the sole benefit is a numbered position in a one-time global registry, and that position is irreversibly assigned at the moment of payment, no refunds will be granted by the publisher on the basis of regret or change of mind.

5.3 Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store. The publisher has no ability to issue refunds outside of Apple's systems.

5.4 Each Apple ID may make the purchase only once. Attempting to purchase again after a successful payment will be refused.

5.5 Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. The publisher does not have access to your payment card details at any time.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” YOUR NUMBERED POSITION IN THE REGISTRY IS THE SOLE AND ENTIRE BENEFIT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION. THE PUBLISHER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE APP WILL REACH ONE MILLION PARTICIPANTS, THAT IT WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE INDEFINITELY, OR THAT PARTICIPATION CARRIES ANY FINANCIAL, SOCIAL, OR OTHER VALUE.

All content, design, and code in the App are the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate, falsify, or interfere with the payment counter or any data in the App;
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to interact with the App;
• Exploit any bug or vulnerability;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PUBLISHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE PUBLISHER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (APPROXIMATELY USD $0.99).

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

The publisher may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. The current version will always be accessible within the App.
